By accessing or using DogNames (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not access the Service.

User Content

Content Ownership

You retain all rights to any content you submit, post, or display through the Service ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display such content.

Content Standards

User Content must not:

• Contain any defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable material
• Promote sexually explicit or violent material or discrimination
• Infringe any intellectual property rights
• Violate the legal rights of others
• Give rise to any civil or criminal liability

Credits and Payments

Paid Services

Certain parts of the Service are billed through credit purchases. You will be billed in advance for credit purchases.

Refund Policy

All payments are final and non-refundable, except where required by applicable law. We do not provide refunds or credits for unused credits or unused services.

If generation fails due to system errors, we will fully refund the consumed credits.

Price Changes

We reserve the right to modify credit prices. Price changes will take effect on the next purchase after notice. We will provide at least 30 days' notice of any price changes.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. DogNames makes no warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall DogNames, its directors, employees, partners, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service
• Any content obtained from the Service
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to breach of the Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service or delete your account through your account settings.

Effect on Paid Services: Termination will not entitle you to any refund. Unused credits will not be refunded after account termination.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

By continuing to access or use our Service after revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Service.
